Goliath bones come in four sizes: M (7″), L (8″), XL (9″), and XXL (10″). The Single and Six-Pack ship in M by default. Subscription customers can mix sizes. Every bone is engineered to clear the jaw-width threshold for breeds 60 lbs and up.

Honestly? These aren’t for them. The dimensions are calibrated to large-breed jaws and present a real choke risk for small dogs. We recommend something else, no hard feelings — and if you have a small dog and a big dog in the same house, only let the big one have these.

Once your dog is over 6 months old, has all adult teeth, and weighs more than 50 lbs — yes. Younger than that, the bone density is too high for developing jaws. We’re working on a Goliath Pup line for 2026.

Average chew time is 45 minutes for a determined chewer, 90+ minutes for a casual one. Mastiffs and Danes will tear through them faster — that’s why the Six-Pack exists. We don’t recommend leaving a bone with your dog unsupervised once it’s down to roughly 2 inches.
